A short distance further on, just to the right of the track, we come to this memorial stone which reads: MRS. STAINTHORPE NEE GEORGINA RAWDON-SMITH 1914-1967 "SHE LOVED THESE MOORS" If it was her own doing, she certainly chose a beautiful spot to be remembered.
